Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated individuals for flexible temporary postal delivery driver roles. You will deliver letters and parcels in your community, combining driving with on-foot route portions, staying active throughout the day.

Applicants should hold a full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points and be physically fit to walk long distances and lift bags up to 16 kg. Shifts vary to fit around your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; need to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels on your route, safely and on time.
• Drive a Royal Mail van and complete parts of your route on foot.
• Provide excellent service and handle election materials as required.
