Job summary

Angard Recruitment is seeking flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers to join the Royal Mail team in the United Kingdom. You'll drive a Royal Mail van, deliver letters and parcels, and stay active throughout your shift in a community-facing role.

Expect shifts that vary and require adaptability, with physical duties including walking and lifting up to 16 kg mailbags. A driving assessment is required at startup, and pay rates are outlined for each shift.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of a van regularly, and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, so we need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your route, on foot and by van.
• Securely deliver all items and handle election materials in line with business standards.
• Be the face of Royal Mail in your community, providing exceptional service.
