Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as temporary Post Person with Driving. You will drive a Royal Mail van on your round, deliver letters and parcels, and complete parts of your route on foot, staying active throughout the day.

Full UK driving licence required with up to 6 points. The role includes walking up to 20,000 steps daily and handling items up to 16 kg, with shifts that vary to fit operational needs.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence: Full UK licence with no more than 6 points.
• Physical Fitness: capable of walking 20,000 steps a day and lifting up to 16 kg.
• Flexibility: shifts can vary and require team-players to adapt on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels on your route, including some on-foot segments.
• Safely deliver all items on the route and handle election materials and other items per Royal Mail standards.
• Be the face of Royal Mail in your community, providing courteous service in all weather.
