Qualifications

• Experience working in a school or education environment (essential).
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

• A genuine interest in supporting young people's development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across Key Stages 3-5 following lesson plans provided by teaching staff.
• Maintain student engagement, behaviour, and safety.
• Support learning by assisting students with tasks where appropriate.
• Adapt to the needs of different classes and school environments.
• Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
