Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across Key Stages 3-4 following lesson plans provided by teaching staff
• Maintain student engagement, behaviour, and safety
• Support learning by assisting students with tasks where appropriate
• Adapt to the needs of different classes and school environments
• Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
