Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment in Lincoln is seeking Cover Supervisors to work across local secondary schools on daily supply and long-term basis. You do not need to be a qualified teacher, making this an excellent route for graduates and professionals from other backgrounds.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise KS3/KS4, deliver pre-prepared materials, and support students while maintaining classroom standards.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) - or willing to obtain one
• Professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
• Maintaining appropriate classroom expectations
• Supporting students with their work
• Managing low-level behaviour effectively
• Reporting any issues or concerns to teaching staff
