Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Lincolnshire on daily supply and long-term placements. You don't need QTS; graduates and professionals from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply, with support to thrive in a calm classroom environment.

You will supervise classes across KS3 and KS4, deliver pre-prepared materials, maintain expectations, support pupils, manage low-level behaviour, and report concerns to teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS disclosure required or willingness to obtain one.
• Professional reference checks.
• CV must cover last 10 years of employment history.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
