Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools on the Wirral. You will supervise students while they complete pre-planned lessons provided by the class teacher, delivering materials and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Opportunities range from daily supply to long-term placements, offering flexible work and the chance to gain valuable secondary school experience. Pay starts at £100 per day with dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• Confident, reliable and resilient with a passion for working with young people.
• Experience in supervising groups of students is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials.
• Manage classroom behaviour and safety.
• Keep students focused and engaged.
• Answer questions and support students with their work.
• Maintain a positive learning environment.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.
