Tradewind Recruitment is seeking Cover Supervisors to work across Wirral secondary schools. You will supervise students during pre-planned lessons and help maintain a positive learning environment, while providing feedback to teachers.

This role offers daily supply to long-term placements, flexible working, and opportunities to gain valuable secondary school experience with CPD support available.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
• Managing classroom behaviour
• Ensuring students remain focused and engaged
• Answering appropriate questions and supporting students with their work
• Maintaining a positive learning environment
• Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons
