Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting Bank Staff Cover Supervisors for partner mainstream secondary schools in the Medway area. This part-time role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining discipline and keeping students engaged across multiple subjects.

The role offers flexible hours, 24/7 consultant support, CPD and competitive PAYE rates. Opportunities exist for short-term and long-term placements starting September, across different schools and year groups.

Qualifications

• Experience working with secondary school aged students.
• Strong classroom management skills and confidence leading a class independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach to work.
• The ability to build positive relationships with staff and students.
