Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting Bank Staff Cover Supervisors for partner mainstream secondary schools in the Medway area. This part-time role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining discipline and keeping students engaged across multiple subjects.

The role offers flexible hours, 24/7 consultant support, CPD and competitive PAYE rates. Opportunities exist for short-term and long-term placements starting September, across different schools and year groups.

The schools are looking to appoint Bank Staff Cover Supervisors on a part-time basis, with both short-term and long-term opportunities available from September. The successful Bank Staff Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain excellent classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with their learning across a range of subjects.

The successful Bank Staff Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with secondary school aged students
• Strong classroom management skills and confidence leading a class independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
