Job summary

Sword is a leading provider of business technology solutions, seeking a Contracts Engineer to shape how we manage customer and supplier contracts across MSAs, NDAs and framework agreements. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Compliance and Legal to support complex commercial arrangements and drive governance improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, terms and conditions and contractual documentation.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract principles, risk and liability management.
• Experience working with customer and supplier contracts, including MSAs, SOWs and NDAs.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate customer and supplier contracts, terms & conditions, framework agreements and commercial documentation.
• Identify contractual, commercial and operational risks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide contractual guidance and support to Sales, Operations, Procurement and Project teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement and Information Security.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and commercial clauses.
