Job summary

DAC Beachcroft seeks an Associate to join our Contentious Construction and Engineering Team in London. The role involves delivering high-quality construction and engineering dispute resolution for national and international clients, supporting growth of the practice and collaboration across teams.

The successful candidate will handle complex matters, develop client relationships, and contribute to business development while working from our London office.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years PQE with experience in Construction & Engineering commercial litigation.
• Solid academic track record.
• Excellent relationship and client handling skills.
• Able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day to day issues.
• Team oriented and collegiate with a willingness to share knowledge with and support other members of the team.
• Willingness to be involved in business development and strategy to drive forward profitable growth for the team.

Responsibilities

• Based out of our London office, the successful candidate will help grow our national and international construction practice.
• Deliver high-quality contentious construction and engineering advice to clients and manage disputes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and internationally to support client needs and business development.
