Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a compassionate Home Care Assistant to support a gentleman in Taunton, helping with daily living, personal care, meals and companionship in his own home.

You will build trust with the client and his family, promote independence, and work as part of a team across multiple service users when needed. Training is provided to develop essential skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate and genuinely passionate about helping others.
• Able to work flexibly, including weekends when required.
• Must have full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and conversation to the client.
• Assist with shopping, meals and personal care.
• Promote independence and wellbeing for all clients.
