Agincare Weymouth is seeking a kind Home Carer to support clients in their own homes across the UK. No prior care experience is required; full training is funded and you’ll gain qualifications up to QCF level 5 as you work.

You’ll build meaningful relationships through daily tasks, companionship, and practical support, including personal care and medication assistance where needed. A full UK driving licence and flexible weekend availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily routines, household tasks and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meals and making a comforting cup of tea.
• Provide companionship and a listening ear to brighten clients' mornings.
• Assist with medication where needed.
