Qualifications

• Hold a Social Work Qualification with SWE registration.
• Experience in Adult Social Care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform Care Act and Mental Capacity Act assessments.
• Work out in the community with care users and coordinate care.
• Support safeguarding enquiries and best interest decisions where needed.
