Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 6 degree or equivalent plus a nursing diploma.
• Recent healthcare experience or clinical placement.
• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate patient care.
• Wound assessments and dressing changes.
• Administer medications and manage catheters.
• Provide palliative and end-of-life care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and safeguard patients.
