Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust in Herne Bay is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to support housebound patients across Dover and surrounding areas. The role focuses on hands-on nursing at home, including wound care, catheter care, injections, venepuncture and palliative care.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, plan and coordinate care, and provide long-term condition support while aligning with Primary Care Networks.

A Band 5 Community Nurse post with Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust in Herne Bay, covering housebound patients across Dover and the surrounding area. The work is hands‑on nursing at home, including wound care, catheter care, injectable medication, venepuncture, palliative care and long‑term condition support. The team is aligning with Primary Care Networks, and the role is open only to current Kent and Medway NHS staff and bank workers, plus student and newly qualified nurses. Applicants need NMC registration and a full driving licence.

Qualifications
