Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust in Herne Bay is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to support housebound patients across the area. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering holistic care in patients' homes with autonomy to assess, plan and deliver care under supervision.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration.
• Band 5 or newly qualified nurses welcomed.
• Experience in community or home care is desirable.
