Job summary

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust in Herne Bay is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to join our supportive and progressive team, delivering care to housebound patients across Dover and surrounding areas.

You will assess, plan and deliver holistic care, working within a multidisciplinary team with regular supervision and clinical leadership to help you thrive in this community setting.

Qualifications

You must be a registered nurse with the NMC.
Experience in community nursing is desirable.
Full UK driving licence is required.
Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of nursing interventions in patients' homes.
Wound management, catheter care, injectable medications and venepuncture.
Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and plan care.
Support housebound patients across Dover and surrounding areas.
