Job summary

Nacro is seeking Accommodation Advisors to support clients with housing needs in partnership with the Prison and Probation Service. You will assess, plan, and provide tailored assistance to end or sustain tenancies, find accommodation, and offer budgeting advice.

You will travel across an allocated area, requiring a Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance. We welcome flexible working, including part-time arrangements for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to stay organised in a busy, client-focused environment.
• ICT proficiency with MS Office and database tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Prison and Probation Service in the community to address housing needs.
• Carry out initial assessments to tailor action plans for clients.
• Provide face-to-face support to individuals and groups, including budgeting and tenancy guidance.
• Travel regularly across an allocated area; driving license and own vehicle with business insurance are essential.
