Nacro is seeking Accommodation Advisors to support clients with housing needs in partnership with the Prison and Probation Service. You will assess, plan, and provide tailored assistance to end or sustain tenancies, find accommodation, and offer budgeting advice.
You will travel across an allocated area, requiring a Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance. We welcome flexible working, including part-time arrangements for suitable candidates.

Working in partnership with the Prison and Probation Service, you’llwork with a caseload of clients in the community and, provide advice and support relevant to their housing needs.You’llcarry outinitialassessments to understand each person’s specific needs to agree a tailored action plan. This may include the provision of support to end or sustain a tenancy, find accommodation or basic budgeting advice and liaison with other agencies.You’llprovide support face to face with individuals and groups.
This role requires regular travel across an allocated area and therefore, a Full Driving License and access to your own vehicle with business insurance are essential.
You will need to be a great communicator, enjoy working in a busy people focused role, organised and solution focused. The right candidate can engage others and is non-judgmental. You will bring with you,integrity, a proactiveattitudeand good ICT skills (MS Office including excel and custom databases).
Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in the criminal justice sector and some knowledge of homelessness legislation however, we will welcome transferable skills and provide you with the relevant training and supportrequiredfor the job.
