Job summary

Nursing Direct is seeking compassionate Children\'s Support Workers to help children and young people in Hertford and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred support in family homes and communities, promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

Flexible shifts, weekly pay, and ongoing training are offered. The role requires safeguarding awareness, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team to support families.

Qualifications

• Experience in community or family support settings.
• Flexible availability for short care packages.
• Ability to follow care plans and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to children and young people.
• Support access to community activities and services.
