Nursing Direct is seeking experienced Children's / Band 4 Community Support Workers to assist children and young people in Burgess Hill and surrounding areas. You will work in homes and local communities to build independence, confidence and life skills, collaborating with families and professionals to deliver tailored, person-centred support.

Roles involve safeguarding, daily routines, and supporting participation in community activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Children's/Community Support Worker.
• Experience supporting children in community, school, or home settings.
• Ability to follow safeguarding and child-protection practices.
