Sanctuary Supported Living in Telford is looking for a General Assistant - Cleaning at Rose Manor. You will keep communal areas, offices, and kitchens clean and tidy, support residents with meals where appropriate, and report faults to maintain a safe environment.

This not-for-profit employer offers £12.71 per hour, 33 days’ annual leave pro rata, sick pay, a contributory pension, training and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Level 2 diploma in housekeeping or catering or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Keep communal areas, offices, and kitchens clean and tidy.
• Complete all cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Report faults or hazards to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure equipment is used safely.
• Help prepare meals and drinks while respecting residents’ privacy and dignity.
• Experience with general cleaning duties is desirable.
• Some experience in a domestic or catering environment.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
