Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living in Helsby is seeking a General Assistant - Cleaning to maintain communal spaces, offices and kitchens to a high standard. You will support residents with care principles while keeping areas clean and safe, reporting faults and assisting with basic meal prep as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with general cleaning duties preferred.
• Some experience in a domestic or catering environment is useful.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep communal areas, offices, and kitchens clean and tidy.
• Complete all cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Report faults or hazards to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure equipment is used safely.
• Help prepare meals and drinks while respecting privacy and dignity.
• Assist with general housekeeping tasks as required.
