Job summary

Wilderness Way in Penrith (UK) is seeking compassionate care workers on a bank basis to support children and young people with emotional, social, or behavioural challenges. Roles involve flexible shifts and safeguarding responsibilities to maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

You will contribute to personal growth through activities and tailored care and have opportunities for training and development while making a meaningful difference in young lives.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and complete required qualifications.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in residential care or working with children facing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for children with emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
• Support personal growth through activities, education, and tailored care.
• Work flexible shifts, including day, night, and sleep-ins, to create a safe and nurturing environment.
