UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a part-time care assistant to support a young person aged 20 with daily living tasks in Delves Consett. The role offers a weekly shift pattern of 8.5 hours per week at £13.50 per hour, with flexible times Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.

Mileage is reimbursed and a DBS check will be required. Previous PA experience is not essential, but understanding autism and related challenges would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as a personal assistant is not required but reliability is essential.
• Understanding of autism, mental health and physical challenges is an advantage.
• Trustworthy, patient, friendly and willing to learn.

Responsabilités

• Meal preparation and domestic care.
• Support with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Assist with accessing community activities and social engagement.
• Assist with shopping, laundry and meal planning as needed.
