UKCIL Ltd. in Canterbury is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a 29-year-old young man with Autism and Down Syndrome. The role offers flexible flexitime across up to 105 hours per week, with an informal in-person interview process and ASAP start.

Training and probation are provided, and after completion a paid position will be offered at £12.71 per hour. No formal qualifications are required, and prior experience is welcomed as you learn alongside the family.

Formación

• No formal qualification required. We have worked with psychology, maths, history, drama, and music students as well as musicians, mathematicians, people in retirement in the past, so anyone is welcome.
• We are introducing BSL so anyone with experience or willing to learn.
