Job summary
CareTech UK Ltd is seeking a Bank Support Worker to provide flexible, person-centred care across Oxford and surrounding areas. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in a variety of services, covering annual leave, sickness, and vacancies.
Role offers flexible hours, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. No two days are the same, but every day is rewarding as you help individuals develop independence and participate in community
Qualifications
- Friendly, compassionate and reliable candidate with flexible availability.
- DBS clearance required and paid for by employer.
- Willingness to work across multiple Oxford services and flexible shifts.
- Full UK driving licence desirable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
- Promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care where required.
- Assist with medication administration after training.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Cover shifts across multiple services in the Oxford area.
