Job summary

The National Autistic Society is seeking Bank Support Workers for Community Services Somerset in Rooksbridge. Join a team supporting 13 individuals to live independently, by following tailored support plans and daily routines.

We are looking for caring, reliable people who can inspire others and adapt to a flexible shift pattern, including evenings and weekends. A driving licence (min 1 year) is preferred; experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Caring and reliable approach to supporting individuals
• Ability to follow individual support plans and daily routines
• Willingness to learn and adapt to diverse needs

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating)
• Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts)
