The National Autistic Society is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help adults in East Anglia community services based in Mildenhall. You’ll follow individual support plans and daily routines to help people live their best lives.

This role offers flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, driving licence required, Enhanced DBS checks, and opportunities to work with autistic adults in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Careful and reliable bank support worker with a compassionate approach.
• Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential.
• Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome.
• Driving licence (minimum 1 year) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts).
