Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for a casual, part-time position in one of our care homes in the UK. You will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, creating a safe and supportive environment while using professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.

You will be responsible for developing tailored care plans, providing medicines safely, and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and good knowledge of clinical practices.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Dedicated and compassionate with a person-centred approach.
