Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for a casual, part-time role at a UK care home. You will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, using professional judgement to deliver safe, high-quality care.

You will create safe care plans, administer medicines, and provide care with dignity and respect, enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with bank shifts and varied hours.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
