A Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) in a Barchester care home provides holistic care to residents, supporting physical, psychological and social needs with compassionate clinical judgement. You will work in a safe, supportive environment while delivering high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience producing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Person-centred, compassionate approach to nursing.
