Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for a care home. This casual, part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to look after residents’ physical, psychological and social needs while applying your professional judgement to clinical decisions.

You will develop tailored care plans, administer medicines safely and contribute to a high standard of care, with independence and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices knowledge.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks incl. DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Person-centred, compassionate approach to nursing.
