Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for a casual, part-time role in one of our care homes. You will look after residents’ physical, psychological and social needs, using professional judgement to make clinical decisions and develop tailored care plans.

You will be part of a supportive team with flexible hours and a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• NMC registration and knowledge of current clinical practices.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Look after residents' physical, psychological and social needs.
• Develop tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Take responsibility for safe medicine administration and clinical decisions.
• Provide high-quality care with a person-centred approach and professional judgement.
