Spire Clare Park Hospital in Farnham is seeking a highly organised Physiotherapy Administrator to join the busy team on a bank (zero-hours) basis. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling front desk enquiries and providing vital administrative support for the physiotherapy department.

The role requires strong IT skills, experience in administration or reception, and a patient-focused approach to deliver an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using SAP or similar.
• Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing demands.
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage front desk enquiries.
• Coordinate patient bookings and administration for inpatient and day-case services using SAP.
• Liaise with patients, consultants, insurers, and pre-authorisation teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and medical coding standards.
• Respond professionally to enquiries from patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Support the team in delivering a smooth and efficient service.
