Grandir UK Limited is seeking a GrandFlex Bank Practitioner to provide flexible nursery support across our local cluster. You will deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children, stepping in when extra help is needed.

The role offers freedom to choose working days around your life, no fixed weekly hours, and the chance to gain experience across different nursery settings while supporting safeguarding and EYFS standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Ability to travel across the local nursery cluster.
• Commitment to safeguarding and EYFS standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
