GrandFlex Bank Practitioner role with Grandir UK offers flexible, non-fixed hours across a cluster of nurseries in the Greater London area. You will step in to support teams as extra help is needed, delivering high-quality care while adapting to varying schedules.

Ideal for qualified nursery practitioners who want flexibility, travel within the local cluster, and DBS checks completed. Earn up to £16 per hour with supportive team backing and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to travel across local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments for children to thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding.
