Job summary

GrandFlex Bank is part of Grandir UK’s nursery network. This flexible, on-call role lets you choose days that fit your life while earning up to £14.45 per hour. You’ll cover shifts across a cluster of nearby nurseries, providing safe, high-quality care and learning experiences.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 2/3 Early Years qualification, are willing to travel locally, and have experience in nurseries. Join a supportive team committed to safeguarding and EYFS standards.

Qualifications

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
