Job summary

Grandir UK Limited, via its GrandFlex bank nursery team, offers flexible hours that fit around your life, with pay up to £13.21 per hour. This role suits those who love working with children and don’t want a fixed weekly rota.

You’ll support a cluster of nearby nurseries, stepping in to help teams when extra support is needed, while following EYFS guidance and Grandir UK policies. Applicants will need an enhanced DBS check and there is a strong commitment to equal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and supporting development.
• Experience in early years, nursery or childcare settings desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in early years.
• Flexibility to travel across the local nursery cluster.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
