Grandir UK Limited, via GrandFlex, offers flexible nursery bank work across a local cluster of nurseries. Earn up to £14.45 per hour with no fixed weekly hours and the freedom to choose your days to fit your lifestyle.

You’ll support our teams across nearby nurseries, delivering high-quality care, following EYFS and safeguarding standards, while building strong relationships with children and families.

Formación

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children’s development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
