Home Group Limited in Redruth, Cornwall is offering flexible bank shifts as a front-line support role. You’ll be the first line of support for customers when the wider team isn’t available, and you’ll help manage health and safety by patrolling the building and checking doors.

Based in a community-focused housing provider, the role pays £13.45 per hour, with weekly pay, Enhanced DBS (barring list) paid, and access to a discounts scheme and learning portal.

Responsabilités

• Be the first line of support for customers when others aren’t around.
• Manage the health and safety of the building, patrolling to check fire doors, and ensuring everything is locked and secure.
• Investigate suspicious activity or raise the alarm when needed.
• Help keep the premises clean and tidy as required.

• Pay £13.45 per hour, plus great benefits
• There is so much more to the role than being stuck in an office monitoring CCTV or patrolling the premises.
• The first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network aren’t around to help!
• You’ll manage the health and safety of the building, patrolling to check fire doors, making sure everything is locked and secure.
• Thinking on your feet and manage a situation on the spot, such as investigating suspicious activity or raising the alarm when we need to engage the emergency services.
• Finally, if there is time, you’ll also help us make sure that everything is clean and tidy, so you need to be ok with wielding the mop or broom as well!

• Flexible bank shifts are available, including daytime, weekends and waking nights, operating 7 days a week.
• You'll be based in Redruth, Cornwall
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
