Home Group - a leading housing provider - is seeking flexible bank support staff in Greater Manchester. Earn £14.06 per hour, plus £50 per sleep-in shift, with a range of benefits and weekly pay.

You will pick shifts, support customers, and play a key role in safeguarding and daily tasks. This role offers opportunities to work across services, with a focus on person-centred support, budget help, and agency collaboration.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to cover various shifts and locations.
• Confidence to work across different services and teams.
• Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in housing/support settings.
• Experience with recording and using information concisely.
• Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.

Responsabilités

• Night shifts to keep operations running overnight.
• Lead support planning and coordinate Support Workers.
• Balance safeguarding, admin and meetings while managing caseloads.
• Assist Customers with budgeting, cooking and appointments.
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to safeguard customers.

What you'll do

• Night owl? Take charge and keep everything running while others sleep.
• Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
• Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
• Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
• Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers

• You'll support our amazing customers while enjoying the flexibility to choose the shifts that work best for you. Working days and shift patterns will be discussed with you, and the role includes a rota-based schedule.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
