Job summary

Home Group in England is seeking compassionate individuals to join our flexible bank staffing to support customers in daily living tasks and independence goals. You’ll work across services, locations or teams, choosing shifts and building confidence with every assignment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.

• Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
• Experience of caring for others – professionally or personally.
• Calm, confident decision-making even under pressure.

The practical bits

• Initially based at Eastbourne Road, St Austell, there will be opportunities to pick up additional shifts at our other services across the county.
• Flexible working hours.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
