Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Bank Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) to join our flexible Temporary Staffing Bank. Staff on bank work zero-hours agreements and can pick shifts across Dorset County Hospital, ensuring safe staffing levels and patient care.

Wards across the hospital may require cover, with day and night duties available. Applicants with care experience and strong communication skills are encouraged; on-the-job training and a full care certificate induction

Formación

• Has experience in care or health settings and can communicate clearly.
• Able to follow instructions from senior staff and work as part of a team.
• Maintains accurate documentation and basic hygiene practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Be flexible to work across wards and shifts (day and night).
