Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking motivated Healthcare Support Workers to join our Bank. You will support patient care across hospital wards as part of a multidisciplinary team, with flexible shifts and options to book shifts via a dedicated app.

Applicants should have at least 12 months experience in hospital, residential, or care home settings and may hold NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a Hospital, Residential or Care home setting.

Responsibilities

• Work across adult wards and departments as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support patients with Compassion and care as part of the Bank team.
• Adapt to flexible shift patterns (early, late, long day, night) to balance work life.
