Prime Life is seeking caring Bank Care Assistants to join our team at Charnwood Oaks in Shepshed, Leicestershire. The role involves supporting residents with daily living, meals, mobility, and companionship in a dementia-conscious environment. Training is provided; DBS is fully funded. Exciting opportunities across a 7-day pattern.

We offer competitive hourly pay (£12.96 rising to £13.32) and a friendly team. Interviews soon.

Qualifikationen

• Genuine caring nature for residents.
• Understanding of dementia beneficial.
• Patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ abilities.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Support residents to dine and maintain nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with aids and equipment.
• Provide companionship and accompany residents to appointments or outings.
• Maintain accurate written records and documentation.
• Engage with a multi-disciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being.
• Welcome family members and assist with enquiries.
