Job summary

Primelife is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our friendly team at White Acres Residential Home in the Shepshed area of Leicestershire. The home serves twelve residents with learning disabilities who require dignified, patient care from a caring team.

The role offers a great work-life balance with regular shifts between 8am and 8pm over a 7-day week. Full DBS funding, holiday pay and Refer a Friend bonuses are provided.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature with a desire to support residents.
• Prior care experience is desirable but training is provided.
• Patience, understanding and respect for residents' abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and dignified support to residents.
• Encourage residents to achieve high quality of life.
• Offer companionship with emotional and practical support.
• Assist daily living decisions and activities for residents.
• Support with personal care, activities, and mealtimes.
• Promote independence in meal preparation where possible.
